Is MediScribe AI HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All plans include encryption in transit and at rest, full audit logs, and access controls. A BAA is available on Clinic and Enterprise plans.
Does the AI ever make medical decisions?
No. MediScribe produces drafts for review. Nothing is exported, sent, or persisted as a clinical record until a clinician approves it.
Can I integrate with my EHR?
Yes. The Clinic and Enterprise plans include API access and ship with HL7 / FHIR exports.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as PDF and JSON. After a 30-day grace period, records are securely deleted.
